Fast and Easy Low Carb Breakfast

Ingrediants
1/2 Toufayan Low Carb Pita Bread
1 Jimmy Dean Omelet (they come 2 per box)
2 Jimmy Dean Heat N' Serve: Sausage Patties

Put Omelet and 2 Sausage Patties on a plate and microwave for 3 minutes.
After the omelet has cooled enough to handle, unwrap it and insert into the opened pita. Since the pita and omelet ate both shaped in a half circle they go together quite well. Then insert the 2 Patties. And you have an instant low carb breakfast sandwich that only took 3 minutes to make.

If you like it with catchup I recommend putting in in the pita before putting in the omelet.
