1 16oz can of Mushrooms
1 Stick of Butter
2 T Minced Garlic
1 Bulb fresh Garlic
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
1 4Lb Beef Roast
1) Preheat oven to 425.
2) Using a chopper or blender mince the muchrooms almost into a paste.
3) In a bowl combine mushrooms, stick of butter, minced garlic, and Worcestershire. Beat together into a uniform paste.
4) Peal and put aside cloves from garlic bulbs.
5) Using a knife stab the roast in a grid pattern about every inch and insert a clove or slice of clove into each stab hole.
6) Score the top of the roast with a knife and coat the entire roast with the mushroom/butter mixture.
7) Place roast in 425 degree oven for 10 minutes then reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees until the inside of the roast is 130 degrees on a meat thermometer (about one hour).
